If you are interested in a Sprint or Olympic Distance Workout, in central Powhatan, please contact Jack Crowley.  I plan to do this every Saturday morning.
Course:
Lake Swim, up to 25 mins
Bike back roads in Powhatan, very quiet, rollers on Three Bridge and Cosby Roads, out and back - you determine your distance.
Run neighborhood curb line options are 3.1, 4.3, 6.2 miles.
Post Recovery hang out on the back patio overlooking the lake.  BYO and something to share.  Dee may bring back her famous Belgian Waffles with fresh fruit, coffee and juice.

RTC is putting together another great Memorial Day workout and social for our members and their families. More details on the timeline for the day will be post soon ... we are planning on holding an open water swim and bike ride followed by food and drinks which will be provided by RTC. Like last year, we are asking everyone bring a side dish or dessert to share. Stay tuned for more details.
